After working at Sony Music Australia for three years, Elizabeth launched artist management company ArowAgency with her business partner Tamara in 2016. With a passion to help artists realise their dreams and bring their vision to life, ArowAgency offers extensive music and media skills specialising in artist management and creative services that foster an inclusive and supportive artist-first network. Elizabeth and Tamara’s multi-layered approach to publicity and marketing saw the development of music services agency, Hey Charlie PR.
Ryan Rathbone – Grant Broadcasters
Ryan’s hands on music programming experience extends to 7 different commercial radio formats but his most successful endeavours were the more progressive new music formats at Channel [V], Nova 106.9 Brisbane and The Edge New Zealand.He has programmed for Nova Entertainment, The Australian Radio Network and Southern Cross Austereo in Sydney and then spent the last 5 years programming New Zealand’s most listened to network “The Edge” for Mediaworks.Ryan returned to Australia in January 2020 and he is now Grant Broadcasters group content director responsible for 50+ regional stations.
Russell Thomas – Kaos Management
With over thirty years in the industry, including five as head of Promotion for EMI, Russell Thomas brings to his company and clients the timeless lessons gleaned therein.
