We have exciting news to share from our partners at American Songwriter. They have announced the winners of their 2nd Annual Song Contest!

A panel composed of AS staff, screeners and judges (which include big names like Paul Stanley (KISS), Julian Casablancas (The Strokes), Martina McBride (Artist/Songwriter), Ziggy Marley (Artist/Songwriter), Steven Robertson (VP of A&R at Atlantic Records) and Lee Dannay (VP of A&R at Thirty Tigers) have finished their deliberations and chosen the Top 3 Winners

First Place:

Second Place: 

“This Could Be My Last Song” written and performed by Frank Watkinson

 

 

Third Place: 

“Right At The Wrong Time” written and performed by Jade Steg

The First Prize winner will receive a full-service global music promotion distribution package from Play MPE to promote a single or album with a value up to $4,000. The second and third place winners will also receive packages worth up to $2,000 and $1,000 respectively to promote their winning song to multiple lists/territories!
